
Mike has held multiple positions of increasing responsibility during the past twelve years. Mike launched his MacLellan career at one of our OEM locations in Georgetown as a group leader and then transferred to another location in Princeton where he ultimately ascended to the role of account manager.
In 2011, Mike transferred to a new OEM contract for MacLellan. As with any launch, there were many opportunities for improvement when we began work at our operation in Smyrna. Mike worked tirelessly to develop his team and improve upon best practices in our service delivery. He also worked to earn his new customer’s confidence and build relationships throughout the shop. Mike’s commitment to his customer resulted in a contract renewal and the award of additional business.
When asked to reflect on the past five years Mike said, “There is never a shortage of challenging circumstances that we must contend with on a daily basis. These challenges and obstacles make us better managers, better leaders, better parents, better members of the community and better people.”
Mike is not only a leader at his site, but among his peers as well. He has worked on many cross-functional teams during his tenure and is always willing to devote the time required, provide feedback and lead various initiatives. Now, Mike works in a new role in business development. Working from our new business center in Nashville, Mike will utilize his operational knowledge to share the MacLellan story with new potential customers.
