We encourage a positive behavioral based safety culture whereby leaders at all locations provide positive, face-to-face reinforcement of safe behaviors with specific, "You Did It Right" cards that generate award points. Unsafe practices are corrected with "Because I Care" and "Learn" cards that promote positive learning and encouragement toward safe behaviors. This non-punitive system engages involvement at all levels of the organization.
