One additional way MacLellan gives back is through our scholarship program for children and step-children of MacLellan employees. MacLellan seeks to recognize and honor academic excellence by providing scholarships to students who have a desire to continue their education. The MacLellan Education Fund is managed by Blue Grass Community Foundation (BGCF), a nonprofit public charity based in Lexington, Kentucky. BGCF appoints and oversees an independent committee to review scholarship applications and award scholarships.
Scholarship recipients are also given the opportunity to work for MacLellan during their school breaks. We are privileged to have them work side by side in our corporate office and at customer sites across the country. It is an honor to be a part of their career growth and development.
