VTO

MacLellan employees have been volunteering and serving in their local communities for many years.  In 2011 MacLellan implemented the VTO Program – Volunteer Time Off.  This allows for employees to take up to 2 days off each year to participate in individual and group community service projects. 

MacLellan employees and their families volunteer their time and efforts in a variety of capacities, including: food pantries, homeless shelters, animal shelters and humane societies, Habitat projects, veteran and military fundraising events, child advocacy centers, international missions, health and cancer awareness walks, elementary school mentoring programs, last wish dreams come true events and so much more. 

While we are proud to say we exceeded 1,000 volunteer hours in 2015, more importantly are the families, animals and organizations that have been touched by this service.  We are grateful to be able to give back in so many ways.

The team has put in over 50 hours of volunteer time at the store.
